As a 21 year old who’s never had to deal with an accident on their own before, Craftsman Collision made the process a breeze. They kept me updated and took care of battling with the insurance company, which in the end they got them to pay the full amount to fix my car. Very kind and honest people.

My car was scraped up in a parking lot and the other parties insurance covered everything. Luckily, this shop was one of their approved shops because the experience was unbelievably speedy and pleasant. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. The work done was even better than expected. My car was in better condition than before the accident and they cleaned it extremely well. I could not recommend enough.

Came in after a hit and run left my rear bumper dented and the experience and service is amazing. Angie, Clay and team are amazing. Quality work done in a timely manner! Definitely consider the service if you’re in the area.

My car was involved in a hit and run while parked. I had my vehicle towed from another collision shop after concerns. I was contacted as soon as my car arrived to come in to review with the technician. I experienced the utmost in professionalism from the time I was greeted by the receptionist to meeting with Clay who was my assigned technician. His professionalism provided an instant feeling of ease and confidence. I voiced my concerns as to why I moved my vehicle to their shop, and he assured me that they would keep me apprised every step of the way and do their best to restore my vehicle to its almost new condition. They kept me informed. Unfortunately the repair costs were excessive resulting in a total loss. Hopefully I am never in need of collision services in the future, but If I am, Craftsman Collision will be my destination. They are the epitome of professionalism and I highly recommend them!

Great experience working with Craftsman Collision. My car had some small damage but enough to need it to be fixed and saw the reviews and chose Craftsman, and was not disappointed. All the staff were friendly, estimate was fair, and the work was perfect. My car was gone for approx. 11 days and they worked with enterprise to get me a rental through insurance and coordinated pick up and drop off for me. 100% recommend using them for any damages to your car, will return if anything else happens to my car.
